Marina View | Deal

Marina View encompasses 2, three bedroom townhouses and 4, one and two bedroom apartments, has been designed and conceived to exacting standards paying close attention to detail.

The Oast House | Marshborough

Works commenced earlier this year and are progressing well. A kiln that was destroyed in a storm has been rebuilt and new cowls have been installed. We anticipate moving into our new office before the end of 2022.

12-14 Rendezvous St | Folkestone

The first and second floors of this commercial unit have been converted into two, modern apartments. Located in the centre of Folkestone.

11-15 Church St | Folkestone

A former council office block which had stood empty for over 7 years. During the conversion works we discovered that parts of the building dated back to medieval times. The property was converted to 11 apartments and 2 offices.

Roseyard | Eastry

A farmstead of 4 unused buildings have been converted into a luxury holiday let which sleeps 25. Double heighted ceilings, with the original trusses on display really make this development special. Mulberry Court | Deal

A scheme of 4 apartments and 3 town houses in Deal’s town centre. The existing doctor’s surgery had stood vacant for over 4 years. Planning was gained to convert the building into 4 apartments and build 3 new townhouses on the car park.

162 Church Path | Deal

A former care home that had been closed for a number of years. With a number of small extensions we have created 6 modern, well thought out apartments.

South Court | Deal

An old workshop in the heart of Deal just a stone’s throw from the seafront. Planning was gained to demolish the garage and build a terrace of three, three bed townhouses. Particular attention was paid to making the new houses fit in with the conservation area.
